Eton Institute is looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and target-driven Course Enrollment Advisor (Arabic Speaker) to join our B2C Sales team, with opportunities available in Dubai Knowledge Park and Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, building customer relationships, achieving targets, and helping learners find the right language courses and training solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert enquiries into enrolments through phone calls, emails, online consultations, and face-to-face interactions.
• Advise prospective learners on language courses, professional training, and educational solutions.
• Proactively follow up on leads, quotations, registrations, and pending enquiries to maximise conversions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales, enrolment, and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the enrolment journey.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth learner onboarding and course delivery.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable courses to maximise sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, enrolment, or a similar role. Experience in the education or training industry is preferred.
• Must be an Arabic speaker with excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple enquiries effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Zoho or Salesforce is an advantage.
