Good institute and have been learning Arabic since a couple of months, and have made great progress thanks to our wonderful instructor Ms. Fayza. She is an outstanding Arabic teacher. She's incredibly patient and kind, and always makes sure every student truly understands what's being taught before moving on. Her teaching goes well beyond the textbook. She brings real passion into every class, which makes learning so much more engaging. She's also wonderfully polite and genuinely invested in her students' progress. Ms. Saniya is very kind and creates a comfortable and positive learning environment where my child feels at ease. She is always quick to provide feedback and does a great job adapting her lessons to my child’s needs and level. I also had lessons with Ms. Saniya myself in the past and was very satisfied with her teaching, which is why I felt confident asking her to teach my children as well. Ms. Kirsteen explains basic grammar and concepts in a very systematic and clear way, which has really helped improve my child’s English skills. I would especially recommend her for students who are willing to work consistently and follow the lessons diligently. We are extremely satisfied with both teachers and would highly recommend them. The whole program is very professionally organized, with well-structured materials and a clear learning approach that makes it easy to stay engaged and see progress. A special thank you to our wonderful teacher, Tamima. She has a great ability to connect with the group, create a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, and keep everyone motivated throughout the course. Her encouragement and positive energy make the learning process both effective and enjoyable. I also really appreciate the small group size. It creates a friendly environment where everyone participates, supports each other, and genuinely enjoys learning Spanish together. Tooba, the advisor, made setting up my online lessons so smooth. As someone new to online learning, she made everything easy and organised a small online group that has been perfect for us. She’s friendly, helpful and always happy to assist. Neshwa is also extremely organised and quick to respond to any queries or issues which is great. And a special thank you to Tamima, who is an amazing Spanish teacher. She makes each lesson fun, engaging and challenging, while being warm and encouraging. Her knowledge of Spanish-speaking countries brings the language to life, and I feel I’m making progress despite never learning a new language before.
