Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist students, instructors, visitors, and walk-in enquiries professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, enquiries, and reception-related administrative tasks.
- Support student enquiries, course information, registrations, payments, and other front-desk activities.
- Work closely with the Course Coordination team to ensure smooth daily operations and an excellent student experience.
- Provide coordination and administrative support during team members’ leave or absence, including student follow-ups, schedule updates, and other assigned coordination tasks.
- Maintain accurate records, manage reception cash handling and handovers, and ensure the reception area remains organised and presentable.
- Coordinate with Sales, Academic, and other departments to ensure efficient communication and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or in a similar customer service role.
- Education industry experience is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn systems such as ZOHO.
- A professional, proactive, and flexible approach, with the ability to multitask and support different functions when required.
