Overall Responsibilities
The Finance Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing all financial
and accounting functions. This includes overseeing financial reporting, budgeting,
forecasting, auditing, and ensuring healthy cash flow and compliance. The Finance Manager
supports strategic decision-making by preparing and analyzing financial data, while
constantly reviewing and improving processes for efficiency, accuracy, and sustainability.
The role involves cost control, profitability tracking, ROI evaluation, variance analysis, and
automation of financial tasks, as well as strong collaboration across departments to
maintain accurate and timely financial operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Maintain monthly cashflow by managing receivables, payables, vendor payment terms,
and collection processes. - Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and yearly profit and loss reports and cashflow
forecasts - Generate accurate and timely financial reports including income statements, balance
sheets, and stress tests when required. - Manage annual budgets and forecasts, track actual performance, and take corrective action
for variances. - Track and analyze revenue streams and profit margins to ensure financial sustainability.
- Monitor and control expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and reducing
unnecessary expenditures. - Provide detailed performance analysis and ROI assessments for marketing, training, and
product initiatives. - Evaluate B2B and B2C revenue progress weekly and take proactive steps to improve
outcomes. - Oversee accounts receivable process and implement strategies to minimize overdue
payments. - Process accurate and timely payroll for all staff including sales commissions.
- Conduct quarterly internal audits and lead the preparation and coordination of the year-
end external audit. - Ensure compliance with VAT requirements and manage related filings.
- Approve financial agreements, contracts, MOUs, and coordinate with HR for insurance-
related matters. - Supervise and monitor finance team output and ensure strong responsiveness to internal
department requests. - Drive automation and system improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.

Skills and Experience Needed
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role
- Strong English communication skills
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, and VAT compliance
- Experience with internal control systems and financial system improvements
- Technical accounting expertise and sound financial advisory skills
- Familiarity with UAE financial regulations and reporting standards
