Position Summary:
Eton is seeking a proactive Outreach & Partnerships Executive to lead initiatives focused on building strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, and community organizations. The goal of this role is to expand awareness and enrollment in our language programs—particularly those designed to support school students in academic English and language proficiency. This position is essential in helping us broaden our reach, support student success, and build long-term collaborations that align with Eton’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach & Relationship Building
- Proactively identify and research potential school and community partners that would benefit from Eton’s language programs.
- Initiate contact through calls, emails, and in-person visits to introduce Eton’s services and value proposition.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with school principals, department heads, counselors, parent committees, communities members and other key stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for schools and organizations, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
- Represent Eton at school events, open days, and other community gatherings to promote our language offerings in order to gather leads and build a solid pipeline of potential students
- Partnership Development
- Prepare customized partnership proposals that reflect the needs of each school or organization (e.g., after-school programs, in-school academic support, holiday intensives, or university prep packages, language assessments).
- Conduct presentations and info sessions for teachers, parents, and students explaining how Eton can support academic and career development through language.
- Negotiate partnership terms, manage MOUs or service agreements, and ensure both sides understand deliverables and timelines.
- Collaborate with Eton’s academic, operations and marketing teams to develop tailored programs and ensure successful implementation of partnerships.
- Program Promotion & Enrollment Support
- Support the promotion of language programs targeting specific student needs such as:
- Academic language support
- IELTS, TOEFL, PTE prep for university entry
- Cils, OSD, Dele, Delf, JLCT and HSK for prep courses and exams
- Beginner to advanced language tracks for general proficiency
- Coordinate with marketing to develop tailored flyers, presentations, and online content for school-specific outreach.
- Monitor and track student leads generated through school and community partnerships.
- Support the enrollment process by assisting students and parents in understanding course schedules, placement testing, and payment processes.
- Coordination & Communication
- Serve as a key liaison between partner schools and Eton’s internal teams (academic, admin, marketing).
- Coordinate placement tests, teacher assignments, scheduling, and classroom logistics for school-linked groups.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of students and teachers, and provide ongoing support as needed throughout the program.
- Regularly collect feedback from schools and students to support continuous improvement and strengthen the relationship.
- Maintain accurate documentation of meetings, agreements, student data, and communications in the CRM and tracking tools.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in education, partnerships, business development, or outreach.
- Background working with schools or educational organizations is highly desirable.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence in public speaking and delivering presentations to diverse audiences
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
- Comfortable with using CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards
- Other Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel locally between campuses and school locations
- Passion for language learning and promoting education
- Multilingual candidates are an asset
