We are looking for a passionate and highly driven B2C Sales – Coordination Manager. The incumbent will
be responsible for our Institute’s B2C sales and coordination for classroom-based, online learning, and revenue
performances of the department
Responsibilities
- Drive the achievement of revenue targets set for the B2C team by providing
strategic direction and operational support. - Monitor sales performance and collections daily, ensuring that sales pipelines are
aligned with revenue targets and objectives. - Oversee and manage the B2C sales and coordination teams
- Hold regular team meetings and sales/product training sessions to ensure team
readiness and performance - Manage course schedules with a long-view of – up to 06 months
- Be responsible for daily, weekly, monthly sales and the revenue targets of the
department - Lead and manage teams including staffing and work schedules
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports on performance v agreed targets and KPIs
- Prepare and maintain the course schedules
- Conduct monthly training sessions to enhance team skills, and maintain high performance standards
- Coordinate with marketing department to ensure marketing operations and course schedules are aligned with monthly revenue targets
- Coordinate with HR and Course Solutions departments to ensure availability of sufficient instructors for the course demands
- Ensure that the sales and revenue targets set, are met and exceeded on a monthly basis
- Ensure the students retention targets are met
- Assist with new sales strategies and implementations
- Work closely with the management to solve specific challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Minimize the number of refunds and increase the group size
- Lead management system to be efficiently executed
- Manage individual performances of the team members
- Stay abreast of competition and developments within the specific location
- Be the first point of contact for outreach activities developments with Schools / Universities and Agencies

- Ability to prioritize work activities and effectively manage time
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Excellent level of English
- Familiar with CRM systems
Qualifications and Experience
- Up to 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years’ experience as sales/ coordination manager
preferable in the Education sector in UAE - Minimum educational requirements: Bachelor’s degree – Business Administration
